List of featured collections as a section on Homepage

Enabling the list of collections to be displayed as a section on the marketplace home page, so that the user can go directly from the home page to the collections view (https://demo.liteflow.com/collection/97/0xaade84b6a5f76c0a5f7ae91e65197329eb23763f)
This will be useful for larger marketplaces with many collections.
